T-Bone's arm stripes

Was re-watching Mutation City on youtube, and noticed for the first time that Chance didn't have the dark strips down his arms that are shown when he is T-Bone. Anyone else notice this? Or is there another ep where Chance's arms are shown to see if this was just some major goof that was never caught? Most of the time I've noticed Chance has full-length sleeves on so can't tell either way.

More than likely an animation mix-up.

There's one scene in The Pastmaster Always Rings Twice (the first centrifuge scene) where his arm stripes vanish and then reappear in a few frames as he is gesturing.

"I mean, really, how many times will you look under Jabba's manboobs?"

It could very well be sleeves attached to his flight suit to add to his disguise.
