Ending

They should have made a movie length end to the series where Etheria (Hope that's spelt right) is freed and She-Ra defeats Hordak and He-Man skeletor once and for all. That would be a truly great ending as it would tie up the loose ends.

Thoughts?

Oh, for sure! It's not too late for a movie though. I mean, they are remaking even older graphic stories into movies. And She-Ra is way cooler than most of them. So yeah...an actual epic, full length movie that ends with She-Ra and He-Man defeating Hordak and Skeletor would be awesome!

I wish they would do that too.

After everything was over, should they have She-Ra return to Eternia to live with her family, or stay in Etheria?

That would had been a wonderful conclusion to the He-Man/She-Ra cartoons. She-Ra/Adora swore she would return to Eternia to her true family, when she and the great rebellion defeats Hordak once and for all.

After learning the awful truth of her past. A woman rebels against her master, an evil tyrant and joins rebels against him and becomes an heroic and mighty warrior princess.

I agree they should have made a movie or changed the final episode that was weak that it was about Swift Wind's girlfriend trying to get to the unicorn island before their baby died at birth.
It should have been Hordak and the Horde being captured and either destroyed or kept prisoners something really exciting.

No doubt they were planning something else, but then the series was canceled.

Filmation would have never depicted Hordak and the Horde being "destroyed" - maybe their robots and machines, but never Hordak or the actual living, breathing members of the Horde.
