I'm thinking she might be Eskimo for two reasons: (1) she says she was named after a female relative who was the first woman to be in the Iditarod Sled Race. (2) In the episode where she calls Miss Grolke "Mama", she imagines running away from home and where does she end up? Alaska. A return home perhaps?
