I read the *beep* out of this book in grade school and Recess really reminds me of those books; anyone else get this?

Wayside School was GREAT! The stories of Miss Zarves' class on the 19th story were especially fascinating to me, I thought those were worthy of the Twilight Zone or something. LOL And I can see a sort of parallel with Recess, now that you mention it!

Loved those books as a kid! I always thought they'd make a great show. Even though there was one briefly, Recess was a much better prototype.
