Episodes on Qubo all the same?

I found HeMan and MOTU on my tv guide the other day and started to record them on my DVR. It has been about a month now and they seem to be looping the same 10-15 episodes over and over. Anyone know anything about this?

The other thing I noticed was that the presentations on Qubo are very pixelated. Very noticeable when Adam transforms into He-Man.

Has anyone noticed this?
Why is the quality so poor?
