why did Nukus create Borgslayer and then tell Trip and VAn to tell the Beetleborgs how to defeat Borgslayer?

and why didnt they have an ending beyond the last ep. what would Nukus do now with LEss back in jail and losing Boron to the Beetleborgs

Nukus told Trip and Van how to destroy BorgSlayer because his destruction meant the destruction of Vexor and his cronies. In other words, he wanted all other villains out of the way so he could rule.
