both the same they stink

This movie is an exact duplication of "Extreme justice"(1993) "this elite force targets the more important criminals some of whom the LAPD has been unable to bust due to lack of evidence. They let the crimes happen then make the bust, but the bust almost always ends up in murder"…Just as in "extreme justice" What am I missing in the two films…I know the actor are different, but come on, Has any body ever thought one was a rip-off of the other i could not tell then differences in the two Both films "stink"…. what you have is another example of police bashing please let me know if i'm missing something
