First 7:50 Of The Film

Watching this for the umpteenth time and I've already laughed out loud 5 times and the counter is at 7:50.

How many other films can you say that about? Most films, even comedies, usually take a while to get going.

I love this film. Why isn't it rated higher? Much better than 95% of the comedies released these days.
