Corny yes, but it was amusing and funny. As long as you didn't take it overly seriously (which a lot of people do with shows) it was a lot of fun.
regis_octopuppy, just for the sake of letting you know, the show airs every night at 3am on Disney. I'm sure you could easily set your vcr or TiVo to record them if you wanted them. Sadly, I dunno if it's going to DVD or not. *Shrug*

HISTK is probably the only series I'm interesting in buying right now, especially because it has completely disappeared from the airwaves. Unfortunately, Disney's too busy right now releasing the complete DVD box set of Lizzie McGuire. :-(

I found this on the web. It seems legit, but I'm not too sure based on the summary.
Buyer beware! There are several sites offering HISTK on DVD (including the one in the above post). From what I've read all of these sites are owned by the same company. It's based out of Russia. If you google on any of them you'll find customer complaints about the extremely poor quality of the tapes with missing episodes, duplicate episodes and non-existent customer service. Don't expect to get your money back. The episodes were apparently poorly taped from TV. I'd pay $200 in a heartbeat for a REAL boxset of HISTK.
