i just wanted to start a thread about who everyone thinks is the prettiest of the BSC in the tv show.
i think Claudia was by far the prettiest of the girls, even though she didnt really look 13 and sometimes wore too much make up. stacey was okay, her hair was a little huuuuge tho. and when i was little, i remember thinking that mary anne and claudia were sooooooooo pretty.
I can't believe I am posting on this thread, LOL, but, yes, Claudia gets my vote too!
shareI thought Jessica Prunell (Stacey) was the prettiest but, if you think about it - they were all pretty. I didn't really consider any of them to be 'ugly'.
It's a shame I can't really say that for the guys. The only one that appealed to me was 'Dawn's dream boy' Jamie Anderson. Logan was so not cute (both of the actors that portrayed him) and don't even get me started on Zach Braff!

yeah, the guys werent too hot were they? zach braff looked like a horse, with that haircut and the logan wasnt even dreamy. i remember that i used to think pete was cute in that ep. where they had the boy babysitters. and alan gray was sort of chubby and red headed, which is not how i picutred him.

I think Claudia's the prettiest...followed by Stacey (but yeah, her hair IS kind of big.)

shareWell Melissa Chase who played Dawn wore a fall to make her hair look long. I wonder what happened to all the actress who played the cLub. Last tinme I saw Jessica Prunell was on comercal for a telephone company I think it was. Last time I saw Nichole Leach was on a taco bell commercal.
shareI like claudia best. She was the prettiest in my opinion. I did think though that the way the books described stacey.... I don't know. She was nothing like they described. In the babysitters club movie they showed her like the books "showed" her. "typical" blonde, skinny and tall, thin face, wore short skirts and small tops.... In the series she had long curly hair,round face,totally different style.. I just thought that was strange. Anyone agree?

I agree withh the other posters that they were all actually really pretty. Even Mallory in teh earlier episodes (before they traded in that hideous orangish wig for a darker reddish one) was cute.
Even though Mary Anne and Claudia looked NOTHING like they were described in the books they were both extremely pretty as well.
From the ones I've seen , tehy've turned out beautiful as well. Still trying to find a recent picture of Melissa Chasse and Jeni Winslow...they've seemed to have dropped off the face of the planet.
Different time periods/style periods though as well.
My memory could be failing me (I haven't seen this show in FOREVER) but the Stacy in the movie adhered to what was "cool" in the late 90's and this Stacy wore those hideous vests and curled hair of the early 90's which was more of the New York chic look, right?
I think that probably had to do with it, remember, style-wise the was a HUGE dif from the early 90's/late 80's to the late 90's.

They were all very pretty though. Which is rare on a show like this. Oh and the one Brunette bully who tried to steal Logan was pretty hot herself.
