I'm up to the part where Forrester and the crew find the alien robots firing on the Klingon outpost. But, after I get them to stop attacking the outpost, they fire at me. When I try to mimic them, the Klingons show up and they blow up the sun, killing the robots and I know that's not what is supposed to happen.
Please, tell me how to get past that part.
Could you be more specific? I don't know which scenerio you're talking about. I finished the whole game so I should be able to help you if you give me more information.

If you haven't played that part yet, it's because there are two different endings to the game. This ending, which has an extra scenerio, can be reached by helping Sturek with the Meclanti simualtion through out the game.

hhmmm, after I graduate, the game ends for me there (after we see Forester in his new ship). So I just always help Sturek and the new scenario will automatically be there? Is there something else I have to do after?

There's a walkthrough if you need it for the last mission, and yes, if you choose to help Sturek every time you can, you'll get the bonus mission.
