Airs at random times on TubTub

What I assume is an Internet-only children's channel that streams on various website (like TVWeb360.com). Because I assume TubTub doesn't have a known schedule (please corret me if I'm wrong), it's tough to know when some of their odd programming airs.

This show reminds me of an early 'Johnny Quest'.
