Most Extrodinary Movie-- But Did You Know...

Hi everyone-- I did extensive research on this movie because I feel head over heels over it. I needed to know who the actress was who played Jack Jones, the 13-year-old... She's Joanna Ward, and get this-- she's so good she's not even british!!! Born in the states, she resides in South Carolina!!! Hey there's more. Joanna played a pre-teen girl but did you know she was 26 when she played the roll?!? And get this-- the woman playing her mom is only two years older than Joanna!!! I was floored. Those women can act their end off!!Also: Ward was on Survivor 6. She was voted off early; her radical born-again christian beliefs frightened everyone. It appears she got out of show-business forever. Joanna only did one more movie and it was only a tiny part.
Man, she can act her way out of a Hefty... she should star again in other films.

I wish I could meet Miss Joanna. As for the movie, it was a masterpiece. I did not understand alot of the diologue but it was still great. I don't have children but I do have a two-year-old niece that will be 13 before we know it, and she must see this movie. It will be a great teaching tool for any young girl reaching pueberty.

God bless you, Joanna Ward!! :)

The info on IMDB is wrong. That is not the person they are talking about with the BIO. It is about a survivor contestant.
