Prison Interior?

Is it me, or were the interior shots filmed at Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia, PA.

They were. The exteriors were done at a set built from items salvaged from a Vietnamese Boat Persons camp in Hong Kong. There's one exterior done at Eastern State that is a process shot. The right half of the screen is Philadelphia.
