where can i find english subtitles ?

i have downloaded this from internet ( paton dvd 2 dvd rip ) , but i am unable to find english subtitles . please help !

I have a same problem, tried google to find english subs but no luck so far.

The video quality of the downloadable versions are terrible so I bought the dvd, only to discover the quality is just as bad. When my precious dvd was getting a little worn down, I ripped it just to have a backup but then discovered the English subtitles wouldn't rip. That's probably why it's so difficult to find subtitles for this film online.
