Blu Ray cover (title design looks awfully familiar)

this thread has nothing to do w/ the movie itself. Just a curious side note. I noticed the style of font on the cover of the Blu Ray looks identical to Seinfeld's font style. Whenever I see the "Blast From The Past" Blu Ray I always see Seinfeld at first. I'm not too sure about the original movie poster, the DVD or the VHS(yes VHS, this movie was released 1999 and they still made VHS then) but the Blu Ray appears to directly rip off Seinfeld's TV show font, it looks waaaay to close not to, the yellow circle, the skinny red letters,the font style, the italic slant...look at Seinfeld season one box set to compare. Or watch any episode of Seinfeld in the first 7 seasons and you will see my point.
