Where he was skating, I can't believe California allowed that infinite and ugly Grafitti everywhere to just fester--Somebody please tell me that that ugly graffiti is still not there today

I am just guessing but some of that crap is considered an art form or designed that way. Maybe intentional.

Yes, I have to agree, it was ugly, disgusting and disturbing. It was just so much of it, the trees were even marked. Leave the trees alone.
