What incorrect information did Adam give Eve?

At the end Eve says "Whenever Adam gives me obviously incorrect information" but what could Adam has said that was wrong? He seemed quite well educated. If she is talking about children looking after parents that is true and still is today in many non Western cultures. E.g. China.

Here is the dialog. Eve is reacting to Adam’s comment about taking care of one's parents.

She is being sarcastic.

EVE (VO)
Adam says that this is simply how
things work. First the parents take
care of the children and then the
children take care
of the parents. He says historically,
that's how it works.

INT. LIVING ROOM

Eve and Troy are sitting by the window. Adam and Helen
come in to offer cocktails to Troy and Eve.

EVE (VO)
Whenever Adam gives me such obviously
incorrect information, I just smile,
slap him on the knee, and look out the
window.
Why spoil his dreams? They're such
wonderful dreams.

I think she didn't agree with Adam, but wisely kept quiet about it. Why bring it up? After all they were going to care for his parents. Eve was raised differently and had lived in a different world than Adam. Her perspective on how things work is different than Adam's. Neither was wrong. Eve thought he was being a good son, Adam said that's just what one does. But many people don't take care of their aged parents, that was what Eve knew.
