Nah, he's talking about that blond model. With the cliffhanger ending I guess the model for now. After the episode where he first meets her, there's another episode (Gen. Blitzy) where he vacations in Paris with her (hopefully he got some) and then she shows up again for another episode about his surprise B-day. I just finished watching the whole series so this is still fresh in my mind.
