Song IN movie, not in soundtrack

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me.
There's this song that comes out in the strangeland movie, right when Captain Howdy is sitting on a bench alone in the park. It's where the newspapers are coming out, with various different headlines on them. It's like an instrumental song, if I remember correctly, although there may be words to it later on.
I tried looking up the songs from the soundtrack, and none of them seem to be it, unless the snippets that I hear online are in a different part of the song. Does anyone know what song that is? I appreciate anyone's help. My email is timida83 @ yahoo. Thanks.

I forget the name of the song, but it's by Crisis who IS on the soundtrack redoing the song "Captain Howdy", but right, the song in the scene you reffered to is not on the CD.

"It's a Dog-Eat-Dog world & from where I sit, there just ain't enough damn dogs!"
