I wonder why when they didn't get out well free I mean from prison why didn't they try to look up the baseball guy and his family after all they did for him, saved his life and got him a contract I am pretty sure they would of been loaded! atleast died rich and happy -_- you know?
I'm sure the baseball guy was dead. Plus, the last thing I'd being thinking about is being rich when I know I'm about to die soon and don't have relatives to give the money to.
This is true, but once you have money considering iam pretty sure he was famous after that plus has a wife and kid out there, iam pretty sure he had alot on his plate... Besides that, he was a baseball player he probably seen way tooooooo many people and fans and his "new life" its easy for him to just forget about what happend while he was in prison ya know?
Actually, I had this big feeling he was Jackie Robinson's substitute. I mean, Jackie Robinson was a pretty good player, and hell, when they were with him, it was like what? the 40s?
The baseball player was very early in their prison tenure and they ended up spending 65 years in prison. Baseball players didnt make it rich the 40s so even if he were still alive, he may not have been rich. Though it wouldn't have been bad to see him as an old man as the general manager or alumni for the yankees.
How do we know they didn't? Maybe he had s long career in the majors and was still involved in baseball. Hell, maybe he gave Claude and Ray the tickets! That's what happens in my mind anyway.
