who owns the rights what company

im planing to somehow bring efc back with a few twists. set in australia , boone , liam and renne will lead the show, etc. but i need to find who owns the rights to the show. im gaining a fair amount of interest (slowly gaining connections ). i plan to co star and co write all episodes. but for me to bring this back, (most importantly bring back in the style of season 1 and season 4, the 2 stand out seasons in my opinion ) but i have to find who owns the rights. i know tribune use to. can anyone help as i know film crew often come the fourms and someone may be willing to help
