at the screening i saw yesterday bengué was translated as Bengay. Makes sense to me:
Bengay is an analgesic heat rub used to relieve muscle and joint pain. It was developed in France by Dr. Jules Bengué, and brought to America in 1898.
I realised kinda late i should be reading the French and not the translations. There wasn't time to do both.
l'habite doesn't mean "la bite."
it's a form of the word "habiter" which means "to live."
i think it can means something along the lines of "habitation" or "abode."
maybe "the inhabitant."
and "bengue" is just the French spelling of "Bengay."
Yes, literally, l'habite refers to the verb habiter, but "l'habite" is written like that for the pun on "la bite."
