OK. Here's what I could dig up that is legal for viewing purposes.
1) Only members of Amazon Prime Instant Video can watch Aberration on Amazon.
Here's the link: http://www.amazon.com/Aberration-Pamela-Gidley/dp/B0098TOS70/ref=sr_1_ 1?s=instant-video&ie=UTF8&qid=1409584526&sr=1-1&keywor ds=aberration
2) You can purchase a VHS copy from "Eli 2000" or other people selling it new/used on Amazon.

3) Hulu used to have it at one point in time, but doesn't any more. They typically will place a movie online for free viewing for about 5-7 days time. After that, it is removed. Typically, these movies will match the holiday mood. So, be sure to look for it on select holidays, such as, Christmas and Halloween.
Here's the link of where it used to be, and may be placed back in the future: http://www.hulu.com/watch/190748
4) I remember watching this on the Syfy channel (back when it was still SciFi), sometime around 2009ish. I definitely remember it being shown on Christmas. So, you can look for it there.
HDTVs, when hooked up to a computer, allow the recording of video off of a TV/Cable Box/Satellite Box. It is illegal to distribute this copy, but it is legal to keep a backup copy for viewing purposes only, as far as I know, as US Copyright Law isn't always clearly defined.

That's everything that I could find. I hope this is to your satisfaction, and I hope that a company decides to pick up this cheesy, little sci-fi movie and make American DVD Copies of it!
