RECUSAL?????

Sessions perjured himself. He should NOT recuse himself, he SHOULD RESIGN AND BE PUT IN JAIL. This Trump administration is dirty to the core. They conspired with the Russians to alter the course of our Presidential election, and conspired with the Russians about the U.S. loosening sanctions against them.
This entire administration should be negated, and a new election for President held immediately!

Every Republican in Congress who is now PROTECTING the Trump administration (Ryan, et. al .) should, at the VERY LEAST, be censored, if not tried for treason. Yes folks, that's how far down this despicable, cowardly, and illegal 'selling out to Russia' leads.

The GOP should forever be known as the party that cannot be trusted to participate in fair, honest elections, and the party that was willing to sell our country out to a hostile foreign government. They're all traitors to this country.

reply

I agree that Sessions should recuse himself and he did, but where was this outrage from the left when Loretta Lynch was talking to Bill Clinton about their "grandkids"? Do you not see your hypocrisy?

reply

Loretta Lynch did not lie under OATH. Do you not understand the difference?

reply

It's astounding that this man is going to get away with this. I can't believe he's just going to 'recuse himself' and not face prison time for what he did. This is unreal.

I hope the Trump voters are happy with their pick.

reply

Okay. What about Hillary Clinton lying under oath about her emails? Were you outraged by that? Perhaps you were, but I know that many on the left were very quick to ignore it or pretend it didn't happen. Don't get me wrong. I know that the right is equally guilty of being hypocritical, but if the left wants to consider themselves to be better than the right then they need to start acting better than them. Two wrongs don't make a right.

reply

What about Mike Pence and his e-mails on his private server when he was governor? Hypocritical much!?

Btw, he was hacked, Hillary wasn't. Which is worse in your opinion?

reply

Both were wrong, period. Your personal emails can be stored anywhere you like, but your official, government business emails should be on a secure government server, not a private server that can be hacked.

reply

I totally agree. I'm not being hypocritical. I'm pointing out the hypocrisy on BOTH sides.

reply

I never said you were being hypocritical, I meant the republicans. Where are the chants of "lock HIM up"?

All I see/hear is deflection and the words, "witch hunt" and "fake news".

And let's not get started on their reaction to the Yemen fiasco.

reply

There has been so much illegal actions and compromises to our security in such a short amount of time by the Trump administration, and the majority of Republicans have remained quiet - and stood by his side. It's disgusting.

As we all know, if this was Hilary's administration, 40 days in, she would have been impeached by now.

reply

"As we all know, if this was Hilary's administration, 40 days in, she would have been impeached by now."

Without a doubt. All hell would be breaking loose!

reply

And then they would start yet another investigation into "Bengazeeeeeeee" while they were impeaching her.

reply

Is Mr. Bean Canadian on this board, too? I'm blessed with many Canadian friends. None of them are such right extremists. They're reasonable, kind, deeply caring people, delighted with Trudeau. Makes you wonder who Bean truly is. Well, not really. ;)

Sessions needs to resign and fast. This is going to get much uglier if he doesn't.

reply

"Is Mr. Bean Canadian on this board, too?"

Do we care? LOL

reply

LOL, Doggiedaddy! I'm taking of my mean hat time around. If he has civil conversation, I have no problem with that.

Anyway, The Daily Show had lots of fun with Sessions this week. He is a major joke.

reply

You think that I am a right extremist? I voted for both Trudeau Canadian prime ministers (Pierre and Justin) and have voted Liberal and NDP in both federal and provincial elections over the years. I am anything but far right. When I vote, I vote for the party that best represents me and who I think will be best for the country, province or city. I don't just vote Liberal or just vote Conservative for the sake of the party. I am glad to have a single payer socialized health care system. I was called a leftard on the old board for many of my more liberal views. Perhaps you didn't notice this. Just because I call out hypocrisy from the left does not make be a right extremist. I fully acknowledge that hypocrisy is alive and well on the right as well. If it seems that I have expressed myself as right, it is probably because this board almost exclusively expresses left wing views and anything that doesn't fully align with those thoughts is considered right wing extremism. I feel that I am more objective than most and don't live in a liberal or conservative bubble. All views should be allowed to be expressed without name calling and other immature antics. Civil discussion should be encouraged.

reply

I'm sure we all feel we're "more objective than most."

I had you on ignore for a long time so, no, I don't recall anyone calling you a "leftard" (really offensive term) You seemed to be Storm's personal echo chamber. Over the years, there were many such echo chambers.

reply

Yes, you have to call out your own side as well. When those on the Left and the Right can't do that it is a formula for hypocrisy.

reply

Except that the ONLY side he's EVER called out is the democrats. He's let the republican supporters get away with all kinds of lies and has NEVER once called them on it!

reply

I've called out Storm and others conservatives on many occasions. Hypocrisy is rampant on both sides of the political spectrum. By the way, I haven't noticed you ever calling out hypocrisy on the Democrats side, but you may have and I just didn't notice either.
