Were Rand and/or Chris in on Natalie's suicide?

Do you think they were in on the Emma's plan? Since Natalie is the only good main character and Emma was responsible for her death whether they were in on this plan would make the difference between a bad ending and an ending where Emma and Tim got their just desserts.

I don't think they were in on her death. I think Rand was just being a jerk to her to support his "strange behavior in the last couple of weeks." I can't see Natalie going out with him for 3 months if that's how he'd treated her the whole time.

Now, how exactly would Emma have gotten her just desserts? She lives and takes the 4.0 at the end.

reply

I think they could have been in on it. Natalie was not pregnant according to the autopsy. That meant Emma faked the pregnancy test. She was the one who checked it in the bathroom.
And it was said at the end by Rand that Emma also took the 4.0 benefit.

On the other hand, maybe the fake pregnancy test was just to make Rand seem more desperate?

Natalie's suicide was paramount to the whole thing, to secure Emma's 4.0, and to gain her involvement in setting up Chris, she wouldn't have done that if their wasnt anything in it for her

Unbeknownst to her however. Was that Rand and Chris, were in charge, not Tim
