After watching Ma Vie en Rose first...

...I thought why bother watching Bruno, but I'm so glad I did. A lot of humor was sprinkled in this story that shows the brutal truth of the bullying a lot of effeminate boys endure (regardless of sexual orientation). Alex Linz who plays Bruno is brilliant and I love the girl who plays Shaniqua--she was almost my favorite part of the movie!

I hope a lot of people get to watch it. It probably won't clear up the confusion between crossdressers, transgender, or gay people, but hopefully it'll get the conversation started for those who are still in the dark (or those coming into their own).
