Season 2 DVD Glitch

On my DVD set of Season 2, on both discs, there is a glitch, where on almost every episode, they include the end credits for the Season 2 episode, "Game Over." This occured on the episodes, Dead Men Don't Jump, Growing Pains, and The Brothers Gruff. Does anyone else's copy of Season 2 have this glitch?
