DVD?

Is the show on DVD yet? Just wonderin'. It'd be nice.

Supergood.

You can find DVDs of it on eBay, but I'm 99% sure that they're bootlegs.

They have not officially made a Samurai Pizza Cat DVD that I’m aware of, but they might some day, hopefully.

But there is a site that i found that where you can help get the pizza cats on DVD. http://www.petitiononline.com/spcdvd/

The closest thing to a "legit" dvd is the sort-of bootleg on amazon. It has mixed eps and has some small video problems. Other than that, you can use bittorent to download tv-rips (bad quality) and convert them into your own DVDs. That's what I did...until they come up with something better.

A company called Jade Entertainment put out 1 DVD of 4 episodes a while back - as far as I know that was the only legal english release.

That's the sort-of bootleg on Amazon that another poster had mentioned.

The Jade Entertainment one is actually 5 episodes. The company is legit-ish. It's just terrible low on budget, and the transfers look like they were edited by a novice. In fact, I'm almost positive there are scenes missing in some episodes.

There is another DVD, though pretty rare, that contains episodes 1-26 of the show. They're at least decent quality, the edits aren't bad, the audio is in tact, and the DVD's are in a nice sleeve for added legitimacy. The problem is, unless you're shopping ebay and can find a good deal (or find it at all. Took me a year of watching), you'll probably end up forking out $70+ for it. Ebay prices are usually in the 30+ range on a good day.

If you type in "where to find Samurai Pizza Cats Episodes" in Google, you'll get a few results where you can download episodes online. Torrents are also good for some of the episodes, but are slow and generally turn up kind of crappy quality videos. I've found some on Limewire before, but the 'blowing up... with people' episode was the only high quality one.'

The sad thing is, unless Saban saw a huge fan demand for all the episodes in a good quality on DVD, we'll probably never see the show make an official DVD debut. Which is sad. It's such a funny and charming cartoon.

I just got that set off amazon.com for $36 (not including shipping.) Probably the best deal you'll find on it. Anyhoo...

Companies like Shout Factory bring a lot of old shows to dvd. Try going to their message boards and make a request. Couldn't hurt to try, so speak up! I suggest starting new topics of SPC every so often.
