You may have noticed that Amazon's new release date is Jan 2010!!! BS!!! Read the latest at this link:

This Sucks! It never ceases to amaze me...the corporations and studios in charge have no clue what the fans want. Replace a classic 66' groundbreaking cartoon using the work of Jack Kirby with a barely seen and already forgotten 90s cartoon of the Fantastic Four? All because it tied in with the movie. It's all about the money, nothing else.

Since this cartoon had been scheduled for release, that should mean that at least some of the production work for the DVD release was done. Maybe this set will be released when the Hulk sequel comes out.
