Who composed the music?

I seem to recall that a great deal of the music had been recycled from shows such as "The Mighty Hercules" and then used as stock audio footage with this cartoon and then onto Rocket Robin Hood and Spider-Man...

I thought it might have been Win Sharples (composer of TMH), but I can't be sure. Is there a website that has the background behind the scoring for the TMS cartoon (s)?

It has to be memorable if you can't get the action sequences out of your head, if you know what I mean?
