I'm American and I DIDN'T hate this show

This is my three cents on a review post from someone(not American,I'm assuming)who claimed that they're not surprised that Americans didn't take to this show because of the humor being too sophisticated.
I happened to like this show(my mom,also American,LOVED this show)and found it to be a nice counterbalance to shows like "South Park" or "Dr.Katz"(both shows I have greatly enjoyed,too). I think it's just a LITTLE presumptious to say that a)ALL Americans didn't like this show and b) Americans can't appreciate "sophisticated" humor.
In short,generalizations suck. Spread the word.
