is this from this show?

I have one of those fuzzy childhood memories of a bottomless lake, where magical berries float to the top every hundred years or something like that. For some reason, my brain refuses to separate this and Teddy Ruxpin in my mind. Is this memory indeed from the Teddy Ruxpin cartoon, audio tapes, or related marchandise?

are you maybe thinking about the Huggabunch?

you are correct it was the huggabunch with the berries and however the lake was from teddy ruxpin. Its easy to get them twisted together seeing how they were out around the same time. However I want to let everyone know that there will be a complete series dvd release of Teddy Ruxpin with bonus features, however the features are yet to be determined.

I hope they plan on releasing other shows such as Popples, Get Along Gang, Maple Town, and Glow Friends which aired along side of My Little Pony

If anyone knows of any info of these please let me know. Just post here thanks

I don't know, because I remember the Huggabunch vividly and have seen it recently and am aware of the berry thing in that movie. This was something different, I am sure of it. Zakima2, what do you mean about the lake being from Teddy Ruxpin?

Leekee Lake, Maybe?

The berries from Huggabunch kinda looked like apricots(or small peaches), and they had different magical properties. From what I recall, they were kept in the glass case and if they fall and touch the ground, they disappear. That sounds drastically different than what the TC remembers.

This set of posts may be old, but I may have an answer. "A lake where berries float to the surface every hundred years" sounds like a phrase from a toy, not a cartoon. The one that comes to my mind is The Talking Mickey Mouse, who was made by Worlds of Wonder (the same makers of the original full-size Teddy Ruxpin toy). The particular tape/book set is "The Impossible Journey".
