Mick's Devil Tattoo ! Real or Fake

I saw the whole movie on some public acess TV channel with a couple of sales pitches that I could live with ! I don't think the Who out staged the Stones ! When the Stone did "you cant always get what you what" and Mick chaged to words while singing to some lucky girl in the audeince to "you can't always get the Man the you want" and when Mick took off his shirt and showed that Devil Tattoo THAT was the cream of the whole show ! NO ONE expected that ! Now is that Tattoo real or fake ?

It had to have been fake because otherwise he'd still have it and I never noticed it except for this one performance.
