Isn't it funny that the real Bo Dietl looks more like the Chris Penn character (except not as attractive) than Stephen Baldwin, the guy playing him? I guess that's the perks of being the subject of the movie. You can pick who plays you. Jason Alexander from Seinfeld would have been a more realistic choice.
