English Version or English Dubbed Version? Is it out there? Subtitles?

I so loved this cartoon. Is there any DVD Set of the whole Series in English or Dubbed in English? Even Subtitles in English Is acceptable. I loved loved this cartoon. A Hidden Treasure indeed. I'm Hooked

Here's one of the episodes (on Archive.org). It looks like the English version changed the character names for some reason:
