Who was more evil? Wah Sing Ku or Qualen from Cliffhanger?
Who was more evil between the two villains?
shareWah Sing Ku. He snaps an old man's neck, gets one of his thugs to threaten to stab a pregnant woman, and attempted to burn two families to death. Qualen got his thugs to do most of the dirty work, and from memory the only people he killed himself were bad.

How does getting other thugs to do your dirty work make you less evil than committing the murders yourself? If you order a killing, you're responsible for it happening.
Qualen was more evil because he was still willing to murder even his own girlfriend for money, i.e. snuff out the light in his own life for cash. Wah Sing Ku is not shown to have anyone who could give him a reason to live other than money, so we don't know if he's still capable of murder after finding love. But Qualen is.

Well now that I think about it, Wah Sing Ku was more evil, because he was killing people despite the fact that he loved his brother. I mean yes he loved his brother, but he wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone else. He would kill without thinking about it first, and he would have no remorse after it. So it's at least a tie.
