Terrible, TERRIBLE stunt doubles

Agreed. Even in the running scenes, there were doubles. It was disappointing that Mel couldn't even do his own running like he did in the previous films. Every shot that wasn't a close up, a double was involved and it really annoyed me, it was like they weren't bothered about the film. The fight scenes were choreographed and not even dangerous, some of the stunts weren't even that dangerous and they had some 20 something guy with thick brown hair covering for Mel. What a let down.

Couldn't agree more. I've always loved LW4 but watching it again recently and noticing the constant recurrence of stunt doubles (especially with Riggs!) really takes me out of the movie. It's very distracting in what otherwise is a really fun movie.

I also found this v noticeable and v distracting.

all these movies have terrible stunt doubles, bev hills cop, even the first die hard has terrible looking fake john mcclane when a bomb goes off. i love looking for them.
