Two Questions
I have some quick questions that I hope I can get help with.
1) Where was this movie made (location)? and
2) The end credit sequence on my copy cuts out and jumps to a scene of the sun setting. Did I miss anything asking about?

According to the SCREEM magazine interview with director Donald Jones it was filmed in Sequoiah National Park. The ending glitch you relate was probably due to an alteration or outright elimination of the closing credits by Prism for their 1985 home video release, a common practice of the time, though I do not think you missed any content (other than technical credits). The original theatrical credits are probably included on the new DVD release by Code Red.
