worst slasher movie?

I have seen many 80's slashers and I must say this is the worst I have ever seen. I tried two times to watch it all the way and the second time I turned it off 20 minutes before it ended. On the dvd they even said it was as scary as Just Before Dawn. Lol this piece of *beep* can't come close to Just Before Dawn. Perhaps there are slashers far worse than this. I imagine there are, but this is the worst I Have seen.

You're wrong. This is not only one of the greatest slasher films, but also one of the greatest films ever made.

reply

You're both wrong, it's somewhere in between.

reply

LOL! Yeah, best film ever. Hahaha,

It's weird and nothing great even among slashers, but I can certainly find entertainment out of it. I'd give it a 4.5/10.

This is not a good movie, but the original VHS coverart is one of my all time favorites.

It isn't the worst, but it is pretty bad. I usually love all 80's slashers, but this was kind've boring.

Yeah, as far as 80s slashers go, The Forest ranks near the bottom, the song during the end credits ("Edge Of Forever" I think it was called?) was the most memorable part of the film for me.

reply

I've seen worse, but different that's for sure. 4/10

But at least it has some powerful acting. The moustache guy was amazing....
