It's got the original Mandarin and also Cantonese + the English dub.
Anamorphic widescreen
There is some new CGI in it. Most of it is pretty harmless, but there is one stupid new scene where the Turtle Hermit's head actually morphs into a turtle head.

Not to mention a 10 second fight with Goku and Yamcha inter-cut with live footage that looks like it's from a sega saturn game. That's the biggest complaint I have about this version, but some of the "new" special effects work.
Also, it's only about 5 minutes longer, and it's pretty much just added CGI shots.
I an't afraid of no ghosts!
I could settle with the original DVD. It an online only kind of DVD?
