Nah. It's a good one for sure but not too close to being the best.

Go God Go two-parter was better IMHO. Cartman gets frozen, they do the whole Buck Rogers take off, and skewer Richard Dawkins.
Also liked the one with the baby cows, the Canada episode, the two parter about the pan flutes "wave to the camera, Shelly." Bus on the Edge of Tomorrow, and how to eat with your butt.
Personally, canibalism is such a squick for me, I've never seen the Tennerman episode more than once and fun with Weapons more than once because Butters getting a throwing star in his eye was not funny to me.
Don't hate on contrarians
Most people disagree with your opinion just to disagree.. Scott Tenorman Must Die is undoubtedly one of the most memorable episodes of South Park. People who don't even follow the show heavy, know that episode. I also agree that Woodland Critter Christmas is top 5.

I think it's revered so much because it is the first time you really see the depths of how far Cartman will go. I still remember seeing that final scene when he feeds the kids his parents, and was completely blown away. Cartman went from being a dick to, oh my god evil genius. You must have not liked Cartman in any subsequent season, because it is not like he tamed.
