Isn't now the Time to bring this back?

Wouldn’t now be a good time to bring Ghostbusters back to the small screen? With all the talk of the 3rd movie and the release of the game a year ago wouldn’t a new Ghostbusters animated show get a better welcome the extreme did back in 97?

If they ever did do a new series I’d like to see it pick up where EGB left off, with the old and new busters establishing a franchise. Heck! Maybe even speed it a few years on where there are more Ghostbusters HQ’s and it’s more like an actual emergency service (Similar to Aykroyd’s original idea.) With each week focusing on a team of Busters dealing with a case (like Justice League unlimited did with the JL series.) and having the originals and extreme team appear here and there while introducing us to a whole range of new characters. Imagine the fun they could have with the action figure line for a series like that.

Agreed, and I am just keeping my fingers crossed for a possible revival of EGB, or a continuation to it.

I fully back you up on this, Extreme Ghostbusters should be re-aired and tested out on a decent time slot this time.
If it's successful this time round then a second season would be what I've waited most of my life for!

Agreed. If the show was revived, it would be great; although, I won't be getting my hopes up.

I really want to see a lot more further personal quality character development for all the EGB's; especially for Roland and Garrett. In addition to that, I would also love to see their interpersonal relationships between all four EGB's fleshed out, as well; like for example paring them like "Kylie and Roland" (enjoyed Grundelesque for that; really want to see more of their interaction together), "Garrett and Eduardo", "Roland and Garrett", "Kylie and Garrett", "Eduardo and Roland". etc. ; fleshing out their common ground for each paring.
