Dooku, he has the Force lightning and telekenesis, he could pick up Mail and slam him against the ceiling, and fry him into a grease spot right there! Because as far as we know, Mail can't counter any of that.
But in a straight light saber duel, Mail would win. I mean, Yoda beat Dooku at light sabers!
