As unbelievable and sick as it was, it looked real and I believe that it unfortunately was real. The narrator said that the perpetrator then hanged (if a person is 'hung' thru suicide or homicide/excecution, then the term is "hanged") himself after the video was played in court and his family saw it and all.

Dear god.Are you really that stupid >?????????????????How the fu ck can you say that the footage of the sex attack was real.Just look at the footage from the trial with the "lawyers" and the "judge".I could have made a better mock up with my 2 cats as principal witness and Judge.99.9 of this entry was faked.Jeez open your eyes idiots.

*beep* one of the guys at the table in the infamous monkey scene, and the guy "high on PCP" that is robbing that store with his friend and the one guy shoots that lady in the head? those are two off the top of my head. OH YEAH! he also plays the "cult leader" in the footage from the cult ritual. great stuff buddy!

The sex crime tape really did look fake. I doubt the validity of the entire FOD3 film. But I watch it none the less.

Have any of you ever seen the Traces of Death series?
Those are much better for the "True Reality Death Enthusiasts"

The courtroom video rape sequence was faked. Director John "Conan Lecilaire" Schwartz played the "rapist", and the "victim" he was "attacking" in the video was his girlfriend at the time.

Plus, there's obviously a 3rd person who is running the camera. Watch it shake around while all this is going on. So where is his accomplice? They don't even talk about that. FAKE!

A good point. In cases where a (real) serial killer has had an accomplice they aren't given a free pass or anything. Either they are tried together or one of them turns on the other hoping to get a lesser sentence. Plus I don't recall ever hearing of a serial killer's trophies (pictures or videos) ever being released to the public. If any part of the public does actually see them it's just those who are in the court room (the judge and jury), and is part of the official evidence that is kept secure when not being used in court in case of a re-trial (in case of a mistrial or some such). Not to mention that if video of a real serial murderer's victim(s) was released there would be a public outcry by family and friends of the victim which would become big news.

i realize your post is like 11 years old, but if you still care, that was fake. the killer/rapist was actually played by the director of the series, john alan schwartz. in fact, everything in this particular entry in the fod series is fake except for the slaughterhouse footage.
