Thumbs down...how does that work again?

I am always amazed by the circus that is Maury with screaming crazy antics but what makes me laugh the most is the fact that roughly 9 out of 10 audience members have NO IDEA how to show their disapproval of a guest by something as simple as "thumbs down" they range from a lazy "thumbs 3/4 of the way down" to "thumbs 1/2 way down" and my favorite...just angrily waving fists when you're just too lazy to stick a thumb or 2 out. Next time you watch Maury pay close attention to the audience and see for yourself!
