Help Please !!!!

I have on tape a WWII documentary Directed & Written by Andrew Aitken and
Dave Flitton and narrated by Patrick Allen, I think it may be called "Secret War" but I am not sure, two of the Episodes are called "The Enigma Riddle" and "The Riddle of Rudolf Hess" it does not appear to be listed on IMDB, can anyone help with the Name of the series ?
