Difference between 'Battelfield' and The War File?

I am going to try and track down each of of these episodes on DVD and doing pretty good so far. The problem is in tracking it down I see two variables. Some DVD's say "Battlefield" and at the top of the case it says The War File. Then there are other DVD's with cases that look similar and say The War File but not "Battlefield." Are they the same? I am also having a hard time getting "The Battle for France" and "The Battle for Britain." The first two episodes. Can someone help?
