Now available in the US

The series is now available in the US on DVD and Blu-Ray. It's in four sets as far as I can tell -- "Battlefield: Great European Battles of WWII", "Battlefield: Great Sea Battles of WWII", "Battlefield: Russia -- The Eastern Front", and "Battlefield: WWII Invasion".

These four disks include all of the programs listed below (and no others). The Blu-ray disks are fine -- good quality transfers. They play at full 1080 HD, but whether they actually look different from the DVDs, I can't say. They look and sound as good as you'd expect for a 1995 TV show.

I'm completely satisfied with them. If I was doing it again, I'd probably buy the DVDs rather than the Blu-rays, though.
