Did Natalie Portman not like Star Wars?

Just to say, I love Queen Amidala, I think she's bad ass and in The Phantom Menace she has some of the best costumes/outfits in all the movies (I know that's not really much depth as a character but makes her memorable).

I swear I read Natalie Portman "regretted" doing Star Wars, or something to that effect.

Does anyone know any more about this?

I saw a recent interview where she said she's come to appreciate her role in the movies, but that implied she was definitely not thrilled about them after making them. Love or hate the movies, she was an awesome Leia's mom.

"an awesome Leia's mom"

She started off sorta OK but the life left her eyes and performance. I was not a fan.

Well that's because she was murdered and replaced by her clone in an Illuminati blood sacrifice. That's just Hollywood.

reply

Of course! Should have recognized that. Same thing happened to Miley Cyrus, Danny Glover, and Nichole Kidman.
I think they had a clone made of Val Kilmer but the real Val escaped and both exist at the same time in the sub-Hollywood circles; real-Val always staying one step ahead of his replacement. Oh those jokers.

Seriously.

2023 - she said she’d be happy to reprise her role as Padme. Disney has been pumping out many spin-offs and prequels for TV, so it could happen
